Return Policy
Return Period Customers may return products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Shipping Fee A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged for return shipping, which will be the responsibility of the customer. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns, deducted from the refund amount.
Final Sale Items Certain products are designated as final sale and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition. If a product is returned in a condition that indicates it was misused or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Products deemed by our merchandise warehouse to be in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Limitation of Liability Mega Hit Music shall not be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the sale, use, or inability to use any of our products, beyond the value of the item purchased from our store.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to returns or refunds shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Customers agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
Legal Compliance This return policy is intended to comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. If any provision of this policy is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from this policy and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
